INDUSTRIAL SYNTHETIC FILM

We reinforce the top and bottom of Rhino Synthetico pallets with layers of industrial synthetic film. This reinforcement significantly improves durability and extends their lifespan compared to other pallets in the market.

Densified Hardwood

We manufacture Rhino Synthetico production pallets using densified hardwood to ensure maximum load-bearing capacity for concrete block manufacturing.

Standard Inclusions

Core

We design all Rhino pallets with standard features that provide moisture resistance, abrasion resistance, and minimal deflection.

DOUBLE STEEL REINFORCEMENTS

We reinforce both sides of Rhino Synthetico pallets with steel mesh, placing one layer above the core and another below it. This design ensures even vibration distribution across the entire surface in contact with the vibration table of the concrete block machine.

SURFACE

We apply multiple layers of industrial synthetic film to the top and bottom surfaces of Rhino Synthetico pallets.

We also increase the abrasion resistance of Rhino Synthetico production pallets for concrete blocks to help produce uniform and consistent concrete blocks.

PROTECTION

We saw cut the corners of the hardwood pallets and chamfer the edges to prevent physical damage. We also apply a waterproof polyurethane-based coating to all sides to ensure resistance against moisture absorption.

PROLONGED LIFESPAN

We allow you to sand the top surface of the hardwood pallets at the end of their lifespan to renew them and extend their service life for several more years.

DIMENSIONS

Production pallets in all dimensions can be manufactured. Available in thickness between 25 – 70mm.

Quadruple the lifespan

REFURBISHING THE PALLETS

We allow you to sand the top and bottom layers of all our hardwood pallets up to three times to renew them. After three sandings, the lamination wears away and exposes the core.

At the end of the service life, you contact us and we arrange shipment of the pallets back to our factory. We then carry out a full refurbishment process that restores the pallets to near-new condition at a fraction of the cost of new pallets. After refurbishment, we ship the pallets back to you.
