INDUSTRIAL POLYPROPYLENE

The top and bottom of Rhino Plastico pallets are reinforced with a thick sheet of polypropylene. This greatly enhances the pallets’ longevity when compared to other pallets in the market.

Densified Hardwood

We manufacture Rhino Hardeco concrete block machine production boards using densified hardwood to ensure maximum load-bearing capacity.

Standard Inclusions

We design all our pallets with standard features that provide moisture resistance, abrasion resistance, and minimal deflection.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Core

The core is made from compressed multi-layered hardwood veneers. These veneers are cross-laid for extra strength. The final thickness of the pallet decides the number of layers.

DOUBLE STEEL REINFORCEMENTS

Both sides of the pallets have a steel mesh reinforcement, one above the core and another below the core. This ensures equal vibration distribution over the complete area in touch with the vibration table of the concrete block machine.

SURFACE

The top and bottom surfaces have a thick sheet of polypropylene.
This increases the abrasive-resistant properties of the concrete block machine pallets
production boards to produce uniform concrete blocks.

PROTECTION

We saw cut the corners of the hardwood pallets and chamfer the edges to prevent physical damage.

We also apply a waterproof polyurethane-based coating on all sides to ensure resistance against moisture absorption.

PROLONGED LIFESPAN

At the end of its lifespan, you can sand the top surface of the hardwood pallets to renew them and extend their service life for several more years.

DIMENSIONS

Pallets in all dimensions can be manufactured. Available in thickness between 25 – 70mm.

REFURBISHING THE PALLETS

We allow you to sand the top and bottom layers of all our concrete block machine pallets (production boards) up to three times to renew the pallet. After three sandings, the lamination wears away and exposes the core material.

At the end of the service life, you contact us and we arrange shipment of the pallets back to our factory. We then refurbish the pallets through a precise process that restores them to near-new condition at a fraction of the cost of new pallets. After refurbishment, we ship the pallets back to you.
